Santa will monitor, follow and comply with any current and necessary advisories instructions and necessary guidelines as set forth by the State of Texas and the Centers for Disease Control in place at the time of his appearance and will take any additional precautions you desire to ensure a safe and fun visit.
Our focus remains on the health and safety of your guests including Santa and Mrs. Claus who are taking great care to preserve the magic of Santa while enforcing all protocols in place. We will continue to monitor and evaluate every situation, and keep current with all safety measures required.
Depending on the situation at the time of the visit these could include:
- possible use of masks and sanitizing spray.
- possible socially distanced photography techniques
- possibly meeting outdoors
An inherent risk of exposure to this virus, COVID-19, exists in any place where people are present, especially indoors. This virus is an extremely contagious and infectious disease that can lead to severe illness and possibly death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and anyone with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting or having Santa and or Mrs. Claus visit, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Since this is a changing situation for this season, Santa will reach out to you as the time before your event progresses to make sure all is well. If an event has to be postponed or cancelled, Santa will do his best to reschedule for a later time. Our goal is to bring you and your family a very happy and joyous Christmas.
